Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Marie Grace Faith. Here is what to expect once you place an order.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping options and delivery times

Available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout based on your address and order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

  • United States: Standard and Economy options. Most US orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship. Economy delivery can take longer.
  • International: Shipped with USPS or DHL Express to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, and holidays can affect delivery times.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Multiple packages

Items in one order may ship separately from different locations, so you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address, as we may not be able to change it once the order has been processed.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us right away with your order number and, if damaged, clear photos. We will work to resolve the issue. See our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
